The most important vigil of the liturgical year!
It begins with a service of light where the Easter candle is lit and processed into a dark church. 
There is a rich liturgy of the word, with multiple readings from the Old and New Testaments. 
During the vigil, our catechumens receive the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and First Communion.
