The Liturgy of the Hours is the daily prayer of the Catholic Church, a structured way to pray throughout the day, focusing on psalms, Scripture, and prayers, marking the hours of each day and sanctifying the day with prayer. 
It's a way to practice unity in the Church, from priests to the Pope pray it every day. During Holy Week, we unite in prayer with our Holy Father and the Universal Church through Morning Prayer.
